Before my BMX friends Carter and Noah moved to Arizona, they gave my family the AMAZING gift of swimming with the dolphins. On Sunday, September 23rd Mom, Dad, and I went to Dolphin Harbor at the Miami Seaquarium. We got into our wet suits and listened to one of the dolphin trainers tell us about what we would be doing and how the dolphins interact with humans. Then it was off to the pool. I was nervous at first, but as soon as the dolphin came up to us and I got to rub it I didn’t want to get out. The dolphins did tricks on our commands, played ball with me, posed for pictures, ate every fish we tossed to them, and then took us on a FAST ride across the pool. It was so COOL. The three of us were smiling from ear to ear and didn’t want to leave. After the great experience we walked around the park to see the manatees, fish aquarium, and the birds.
