Making the Honor Roll

After busting my butt studying for the past 9 weeks, I made the straight "A" honor roll. I'm in the middle of all the other 6th graders that made the grade too.

On Our Way to Oshkosh
July 16, 2009
Summertime is for hunting and flying so Gigi, Captain, and I left Oshkosh for a week of admiring all kinds of airplanes and watching the most fantastic airshows in the world.
On the way, we stopped at our hangar in Steinhatchee and hunted for armadillos that come out at night to dig up the grass runway. We got 3 of the critters with my trusty .22 cal and Captain's .357.
This picture is the Aeroshell Team of AT6's that performed at Oshkosh.

Sun N Fun was Great This Year
April 2009, Lakeland, Fl
Well, Sun N Fun has come and gone and I had a blast. Gigi and Captain took me up to the annual show where we spent 4 days camping under a beautiful clear sky. We strolled around the grounds gawking at thousands of airplanes ranging from antiques to F-16's, and everything in between. My favorite was the Titan T-51, a 3/4 scale P-51 Mustang with a Subaru Valara engine. It was really cool to watch 2 of these little fighters fly their strafing runs down the middle of the ultralight grass runway. I tried to get Captain to buy me one of the T-51 kits (only $55,000), but he spent all his money on avionics for his Skybolt and RV-9.
That's me with a new Extra 330 at SunNFun. Click on the picture to go to my SunNFun page for more pictures that I took.
January 25, 2009 St. Pete was the place for the 3rd and 4th State Qualifier Races of 2009. The track was brand new and had a huge starting hill that gave your legs a workout every time you had to go up for a moto. It also had 7 straight aways that made you pedal the entire race. It was a great weekend of racing for the MCS team and my dad and I. I won both days in the 11 Expert class. In the 11-12 Cruiser class I finished 2nd on Saturday and 3rd on Sunday. My dad dominated the 35-40 Expert class both days! He also raced the 35-39 Cruiser class and got 1st on Saturday and 3rd on Sunday. Between motos I hung out with friends and family, check out the photos from this weekend. Click on the photos to make them bigger.

Well today is my birthday and I'm 11 years old! Had a great time today with airplanes, partying and some great loot. Thanks to my Mom and Dad, Raul and Karina, Gigi and Captain, Curtis, Sylvia, Leon, the Minthorn's, and the Williamson's for being so good to me.
8/4/08
Last week I just got back from my 2 week camping vacation with Gigi and Captain. We traveled in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio. Along the way, I raced to a 2nd place finish over 2 days in Nashville, visited the Air Force Museum and Wright Brothers Museum in Dayton, OH, explored Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, TN, and went fishing in Steinhatchee. Had a blast.
Hangin' out in the cockpit of an F4 Phantom at the Air Force Museum
2/5/08- My BMX season is really cruising along now. In just December and January, I've raced in Ohio, Coral Springs, and Alabama.Click on the pictures below for more race results and pictures.
Before my BMX friends Carter and Noah moved toArizona, they gave my family the AMAZING gift of swimming with the dolphins. On Sunday, September 23rd Mom, Dad, and I went to DolphinHarbor
The first weekend in September 2007, my mom, dad, and I flew up to Louisville, KY for the BMX National races. I had a great time racing my 20 inch and cruiser bikes.
Even though I beat everybody head to head in my 20 inch, I still only got 2nd place in the Nation because I wasn’t capped out in points going in. But I still like my #2 plate. I also placed 4th in the Nation in 9-10 Cruiser class. My Dad got 5th in the Masters division so he was stoked about that. On the starting gate. That's me, 3rd from the right. I ride for the MCS factory team now.

The red Oracle biplane is flown by my friend, Sean D. Tucker. He is the greatest airshow pilot in the world. These 4 planes make up his airshow team called the Collaborators.

Air and Sea Show 2007
We just got back from the Air and Sea Show on May 5 and had a blast. Here are some pictures.
At the Air and Sea Show I talked to Sean D. Tucker and his son Eric. They invited me to visit their hangar the next day and check out their plane, the Oracle Pitts Challenger.
This is Sean's cockpit in the Pitts. It's really small.
Captain loves the Red Baron Pizza Stearmans so I took a picture of him. The 4 Red Barons were in the same hangar with Sean Tucker's plane.
Here is Sean and me before he took off to go practice out over the Everglades. This is a brand new plane. Last year at Sun N Fun, he had to bail out of his Pitts because his elevator linkage broke. His plane crashed, destroying it.
Gigi and Captain (grandma and grandpa) enjoyed the whole day with me and my mom.
The 4 Red Baron Pizza Stearmans put on a great show with lots of smoke. These "old school" biplanes are slow and noisy but sure look good in the air.
Here is my friend Sean D. Tucker, the greatest airshow pilot in the world. He is sponsored by Oracle and flies a custom super modified Pitts biplane.
This is me and Eric Tucker. Like his Dad, he is a great pilot too. Go Team Oracle!
Special thanks to Southern Wine & Spirits for hosting my family at the 2007 Air and Sea Show. We had a blast.
